It started off with me in my moms car, on the passengers side. A really good looking guy was siting in the drivers seat. We exchanged a few words and then, lets just say someone was "receiving". Then he was complaining because I was on my period(which I am in real life)and also how I needed to shave. For some reason I was allowing him to shave me, but he was being really twisted, because he would press down really hard to try and make me bleed and I couldn't understand for the life of me why he was doing this. Some guy comes along, takes a picture, and runs off. I chase him down, I look at the picture and see a seal. NOW I'm beyond freaking out.

Most dreams that describe a physical illness come out in dreams. These are usually true. In different dreams when a part of my head was hurting I would wake up with a headache.
I feel it was a part of you attracted to this guy or an act of violense, it being acted out in the dream. Basically your dream is saying what a jerk he is or a bad thought it was.
